Kanchanaburi, Thailand, is home to the Tiger temple, Bridge over the river Kwai and the breathtaking Erawan falls.

Chiang Mai is Thailand’s second largest city, and a place to go treking in the remote northern areas, staying with the tribes.

It’s a 2 day trip, travelling along the Mekong river into Thailand. On a long boat with wooden seats, amazing scenery and a rather interesting halfway stop in Pakbeng. It truly was a once in a lifetime experience!

Laos’ Royal City and a UNESCO World Heritage Site that’s, quite simply, the nicest place we’ve ever been to.

This backpacker’s playground was amazing and set in a stunning mountain area. After spending much longer than we’d planned, decided we’d be sure to be back as soon as possible.

The capital of Laos is a nice place to visit, but only for a short time.

Part 2 of our trip through Vietnam. It’s been amazing, and everywhere and everyone we’ve met has made the trip fantastic!
